Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.

Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Payment: You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings, including fees, taxes, and any additional charges you may incur.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies may vary by service type. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy associated with your booking.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Full-coverage auto insurance policy with comprehensive, property/collision and liability coverage.
Standard luxury vehicles with msrps under $150k require bodily injury/property damage liability of 100k/300k with property damage coverage of $100k. Premium luxury and exotic vehicles with msrps over $150k require bodily injury/property damage liability of 250k/500k with property damage coverage of $250k.

ASR Exotics operates on a “full-to-full” fuel policy. We provide you with a vehicle with a full tank of gas, and we expect you to return it with a full tank

While we can accommodate last-minute requests, it’s advisable to book your private jet well in advance to secure your preferred aircraft and schedule.

We provide tenants with the option to renew their Private Rental Property at the end of the term. Contact our team to discuss renewal terms and procedures.
